About Matt Hoppe

Hello, my name is Matt Hoppe and I have been in the mortgage industry for 21 years. As a Loan Officer, I enjoy working with first-timers, and helping any nervous homebuyers realize that this process is not nearly as difficult or daunting as many think it is. We get as prepared as possible up-front to help make the process as stress-free as possible. In this job, it's always fun to tackle difficult and interesting scenarios and at the end of the day, being able to ultimately be a part of my clients getting a new home. Throughout the process, I'm also very communicative to keep them updated, and fully explain the process so they feel empowered to make the best decisions for their situation. Being in this industry as many years as I have been, I have to admit that I am most proud of being able to consistently navigate all the changes and disruptions within this career, and still be able to help hundreds of families reach their dreams of homeownership year after year. It is all worth it because it's exciting for me to help buyers with their biggest lifetime transactions, and be there for the excitement at the closing table especially because I know what that moment means to them and what it signifies because it means the same to me, home is a place to create memories with our friends and family, a place to relax and enjoy life. Home is more than just somewhere to live, it is somewhere to grow.

In my personal life, I really enjoy traveling. I love exploring other countries, their cultures, history, food, and even appreciate the language barriers. It is something I value greatly and am grateful that I have the ability to do. Another thing that I am equally grateful for my ability to do is coaching my son's 4-5-year-old soccer team which I will say has some struggles. It can be like "herding cats" but it is worth it regardless. I love being able to spend that time with my son,
