About Lynnell Douglas

Hello, my name is Lynnell Douglas and I have been in the mortgage industry for quite a few years. I spent 15 years working as an underwriter and have made the transition to mortgage loan officer in the last few months. I serve my local market here in Woodstock, Georgia. As I continue to develop in the mortgage industry, with my prior knowledge of mortgage guidelines, I feel confident that I can assist in all loan formats including non-QM loans and HECM loans as well. I love my work as a loan officer as I get to be a part of making my clients happy and giving them a service that they value. I strive to be as responsive, helpful, and detailed as I can be with them to minimize stress and to make sure that they are on the same page throughout the entire transaction.

During my free time, I am someone that truly loves to cook. Every time that I get time to cook, my favorite thing to do is try and learn how to make different international foods. I also utilize the Pinterest app with some frequency and I can also find some recipes there. It is a very relaxing way to spend my off hours.
