Joe Freeman is a Branch Manager with SUCCESS® Lending based in St. Louis, Missouri, helping first-time homebuyers, Veterans, active-duty service members, homeowners, and real estate investors navigate the mortgage process with confidence. With more than 15 years of real estate and finance experience and an MBA in Finance, Joe brings a strong financial perspective and highly communicative approach to every transaction.
Joe specializes in VA loans and previously worked at Veterans United, giving him valuable experience helping Veterans and military homebuyers understand their VA financing options. He also enjoys guiding first-time homebuyers through the financial side of homeownership, including establishing a realistic budget, reviewing their financial picture, understanding mortgage options, and preparing for the costs of buying and owning a home.
Real estate investors benefit from Joe’s extensive firsthand experience. Having personally bought and sold approximately 75 investment properties, Joe understands the considerations involved in purchasing, renovating, managing, and selling investment properties. He works with investors purchasing properties to renovate as well as those building portfolios of long-term rental properties.
Joe has also held a real estate license since 2008. While mortgage lending is his primary focus, his real estate background gives him a comprehensive understanding of the homebuying process and helps him work effectively with buyers and their real estate agents from pre-approval through closing.
Whether you’re buying your first home, using your VA loan benefit, or financing an investment property, Joe provides knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and practical experience to help you make informed mortgage decisions.
