Hello, I'm Erik Williams and I have been in the Mortgage Industry for over 25 years. I love my job as it gives me the opportunity to assist Homebuyers in making their dreams come true! I specialize in helping First Time Home Buyers, providing Renovation loans, FHA 203k, and Homestyle's Renovation loans. It’s important to me provide you with all the financial information you need so buying a house will be an easy decision. Buying a home should be fun and enjoyable journey! By providing all the information you need upfront we eliminate the stress of worrying how much money you will need for closing or how much your mortgage payment will be. These discussions are thoroughly discussed in the beginning so there are no surprises. Once a contract is received, I will ask for everything we need up front so Underwriting can provide a fast mortgage approval. Then the Homebuyer can sit back and relax till their closing date.

I believe in working the same hours as my Realtor Partners. So, I make myself available on weekends and evenings. When Listing Agents call me on Sunday evenings and ask about my Buyer’s pre-approval, they are thoroughly convinced to accept their bid because they have confidence in me as a Lender. My philosophy is to try to always be available for Client’s immediately, so they can feel secure in their decisions. I use my humor, and my experience to help guide through any surprises that might come up. My Business is based on referrals, so it is my top priority that every Client of mine becomes a raving fan!

I have a 27-year-old Daughter and a 21-year-old Son that I am very proud of! Due to circumstances, I was a single father and helped raise them on my own. It has been my greatest joy to be able to watch them as they grow up and become who they are today! My other Family members are my 3-year-old rescue Lab named Addie, a 5-year-old cat named Sami, and a 5-year-old Koi Fish named Big Momma. I live in a forest area so many of my weekends are spend doing yard work and tending to our Koi pond. If you call me, I might be outside or taking a walk with Addie.
